Kuldeep Purewal – Diljaani Review

Kuldeep Purewal is back with a bang after his successful first album ‘Sohniye’ that had 8 sizzling tracks. This year Kuldeep is out with his new album ‘Diljaani’ that has made an impact from its day of release. The new album has 8 rocking Punjabi tracks. It has been released by the UK record label Genie Records and is the first time this versatile Punjabi vocalists from U.K. has been associated to the brand.
 
‘Lehnge Vaaliye’ & ‘Nachna’ are the two premiere songs of the album and has been loved by fans all over the world and are my favorite tracks off the album Diljaani. Kuldeep Purewal has composed the music and written the lyrics for the album himself. One of the best and in demand producers in the bhangra industry going by the name Aman Hayer has produced the album in Planet Studios. Diljaani offers a blend of desi vocals and rhythms in an excellent dance album. ‘Kardiyan’ is a song from the album that has a mix of Punjab’s rhythm with funky guitar music. Fans are awaiting the release of ‘Je Peeni Shad Ti’ from the album to hit the dancing circuits.

The album also includes a duet song with Jayshree, singer from Bollywood, ‘Dil Lut Hai’. This song has clearly indicated the versatility in singing of Kuldeep Purewal.  Two videos have already been launched with ‘Kardiyan’ shot in the streets of Mumbai. ‘Diljaani’ is current at No. 7 in the U.K. Bhangra Top Ten and is continuing to rise in the charts. Kuldeep is going to promote the album to his U.K. fans with a live stage performance in U.K. If you have not yet bought this album, you are surely missing something!
