Bhinda Aujla - Yaar Glassy Review
After having success with many hit singles featured on major artist’s albums like Identical 2 None, Standard Procedure and many more Bhinda Aujla has finally bought out his debut album Yaar Glassy on the Moviebox record label in June 2007. Bhinda Aujla's debut solo album has been produced by himself, DJ Vix & Kam Frantic.
The first track is the biggest track of the album and is also the title of the album 'Yaar Glassy' lyrics for this track have been penned by Gabby Mananhania. The track is well produced and is set to become a club anthem in its own rights.
Next up we have Urdi Urdi (Tappe) with lyrics coming from Bhinda Aujla & Paul (Canada). Again this is another well produced track.
The third track on the album is Dil Nachan Nu Karda lyrics by Bhinda Aujla this is a faster paced track which has a more of a pop bhangra track type of feel to it.
The fourth track is Punjabi Gabroo lyrics by Baljit Kairon. Kinney Sohney Lagdey Punjabi Gabroo is what the whole track is about their isn’t a lot of other words said in this track other then 'Kinney Sohney Lagdey Punjabi Gabroo Jad Paun Bhangrehhh' one of the weakest tracks on the album.
The firth track is Tere Nakhre Majajne again lyrics have been penned by Bhinda Aujla. After having several weak songs in the album the track Tere Nakhre Majajne was a much needed track it brings it back for Yaar Glassy.
Gabby Mananhania is back again with the lyrics for the 6th song Boom Jaan Te Bane
Drum roll please Tere Pyar De Maare comes busting into the album as the 7th track and the upbeat dhol and constant 'oh oh" give this track a good feeling about it. One of my personnel favorite song alongside the self titled 'Yaar Glassy'.
Bringing it back nice and slow with a slow beat comes the last track of the album Rutta Pyar Diyan written by Bally Holland an excellent love song.
Bhinda Aujla is on a winner with this debut solo album 'Yaar Glassy'
