Nita - Forever with You 

The Asian Soulstress you have all been waiting for in the U.K is finally here, not only is the female a versatile entertainer, but also writes her own material through inspirations and concepts brought to life expressed through beautiful soulful vocals and melodies.

The artist goes by the name ‘Nita’, born and raised in South London; Nita always had aspirations to be an actor and battled through college studying musical theatre to prove she has what it takes to succeed.

Nita’s debut single ‘Forever with You’ has been released on the underground scene under the independent label ‘Surreal Records’. The single is filled with the sounds of utter passion and love dedicated to the hearts who desire the simple things in life. ‘Forever with you’ is only one of the many catchy and dreamy rhythms of Nita’s up and coming album which goes by the name ‘Soulsearch’. This exuberant album is a journey and a clear statement of the passionate words for the good things in life, filled with a combination of upbeat grooves to smooth silky jams.

Nita is also featured on DESI DARK CHILDS EP Sleep walking!!! that is going to be released under Desi Dark Child Records alongside Nita is the most wanted up coming Hip Hop Grime producer DAZE, who is part of the Desi Dark Child record label.

Nita Biography 

Nita began singing at the age of 13 years, where she participated in school choirs and talent shows; two years later Nita met gospel singer and teacher Lorette Hall who taught her the fundamentals of singing and here Nita was encouraged to use her voice and develop her talent. Nita wrote poetry and stories which helped develop her writing skills.

The aspiring star moved onto college and studied musical theatre, despite what others told her to do Nita followed her dream and had a vision on where and what she needed to do in order to succeed. Nita knew she wanted to sing and write, but her surroundings only placed a negative influence on her work, where she found herself not liking who she was becoming and not liking what she was projecting.

The album ‘Soulsearch’ began forming from the year 2005, where Nita was and still is surrounded by passionate and trustworthy people, she came to realise her music was only an expression of how she truly felt about people, objects and desires and found that writing didn’t have to be forced, but filled with what every human has within them, which is love, peace and harmony.

The album ‘Soulsearch’ is the unravelling of who Nita has found within herself and an interpretation of what people see and go through everyday, the preview of the album can be heard on the CD single ‘Forever with you’, which also holds remixes by Ace of Jacks productions, G.Moan, as well as an acapella version of the song for all the oldskool vocal lovers. The artist was launched in early October 2006 at the Monseigneur Bar, London, where Nita performed a selection of songs from her album. The evening was accompanied by the live band ‘The Groove Unit’ and hosted by comedian Andrew Ashaye and was quoted to be ‘a magical night of soul’.
