Suresh Davit aka Dj Dav brings you his Debut album called “Out Of Control” featuring the likes of Surinder Shinda, Prem Chamkila, and many more India and UK established talented singers and a whole host of new anthems that will make you dance non stop.

Having Worked in the past with the King of Bhangra Panjabi Mc, Dj Sanj and Desi Dark Child,

DAV has recently landed himself in a major record deal with a new record company, who felt they can promote his music. The company signed Dj Dav up because they liked the music he produces. The label Final Kut Entertainment Ltd (records) are always looking for Dj Dav`s kind of talent.

Dav started his music career in the Mid 90’s which lead him having residency at major clubs around the United Kingdom. Dav has headlined gigs at major clubs alongside the world renowned: Panjabi MC, DJ Sanj, Panjabi Hit Squad, RDB, Radio 1 DJ Trevor Nelson, Steve Smooth Sutherland and Damage. Whilst studying in Bristol, he was one of the pioneers of the Asian club scene at its highest era of Bhangra in the early days.

Dav also won many awards for being one of the best break beat bhangra Dj`s with his amazing scratching techniques.

Whilst studying he also got into the Asian wedding scene by having his own Dj Road show, which features mc’s, dhol players, and dancers. This inspired Dav getting into producing his own beats and having his own vocalists singing traditional boliyan over his beats. After he got a good response he then later decided to produce his debut album.

During the time of the album production Dav gained even more experience in producing RnB and old skool hip hop breaks and calibrated all his efforts in making memorable break beats that would have hook line breaks as in today’s market it is hook line pieces that carry the breaks with synth`s and violins, but with Dj Dav it was not going to be like that as his breaks were to carry the hook line pieces as the breaks would be more powerful than the synths that were added at later stages of producing his tunes.

At the recording studio Dav started to create his own music language that normally would mean little in written music as it was more improvised and from his own vibe. Later during the recordings Desi Dark Child was also putting input and guidance in to Dav`s Production. The Desi percussion breaks were created by Desi Dark Child and re-mixed with other crazy Dhol breaks by Dj Dav. This gave a unique cross over flavour.

Dj Dav`s road show consists of 2 Dhol Players, four dancers, one live vocalists, Dj programmer and special lighting effects engineer.

The goal Dav has in mind is to break certain levels of the music industry and       hopes that one day he will have a chance to aim straight towards Mainstream. Dav has experienced playing in front of big audiences all over the world and already is in negotiations to tour the United States, India and New Zealand.  

The album OUT OF CONTROL is to stir up a major conflict in the music industry.  Dav has made this album for all ages which consists of many different types of Desi tracks with a beef of new breaks as Dj Dav is known and specializes in making dance breaks.

Already critics have heard this album and are now waiting for the public opinion of what they think as the critics have given 5 tunes 10 out of 10 already.

So look out for the debut album that has already won the hearts of the critics who already are waiting to see how far Dav can cause major stir in the year 2006. This album will be released in mid April 06 on a new record label called Final Kut Entertainment Ltd.
